Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Since our products are digital and can be accessed immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds unless there is a technical issue with the product that we cannot resolve.

Technical Issues

If you encounter a technical issue with your digital product, such as a corrupted file or inability to access the content, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may offer a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Immediate Access: Since digital products are available for immediate download, refunds are not typically provided once the product has been accessed.

Change of Mind: Refunds are not offered for change of mind or if you decide you no longer want the product after purchase.

Compatibility Issues: It is your responsibility to ensure that your device or software is compatible with our digital products. Refunds are not provided for compatibility issues unless they are due to a fault in the product itself.
